Product Engineer (Blinded Job Posting)

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Product Engineer to join a fast-growing AI-focused startup backed by top investors (including Greylock, Unusual Ventures, and others). The company is building an end-to-end platform that leverages AI to help teams scale high-quality content and improve visibility in the evolving search landscape. You'll have the opportunity to design and ship AI-powered features that directly impact users in a dynamic, startup environment.

Location

Hybrid in San Francisco or New York (office presence required in one of these cities)

Compensation

• $160K – $200K base salary
• Competitive equity

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and launch AI-powered products that solve real user problems—from early concepts to scaled features
• Work directly with customers to understand their needs, validate ideas quickly, and iterate based on feedback
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to ship features from idea to production at startup speed
• Navigate ambiguity to define priorities and build the right solutions
• Stay ahead of AI research and identify opportunities to deliver innovative, high-impact features
• Ensure systems remain fast and reliable under real-world usage

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack or product engineer

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and React
