Compensation: $130,000 – $210,000 + Equity

This seed-stage, Y-Combinator–backed startup is building the infrastructure layer for online Trust & Safety. The team has backgrounds from leading tech companies and has grown revenue 15x in the past year, with customers spanning Fortune 500 companies and top-tier unicorns.

The product is a unified API and platform that integrates policy management, detection, enforcement, observability, and moderator workflows into one cohesive system. Their mission: use AI to make the internet safe enough to be free again.

What You’ll Do

• Ship quickly: End-to-end product features with timelines measured in hours, not months.
• Build foundations: Help design the core systems that can scale to billions of users.
• Expand impact: Adapt the platform across industries through pilots, demos, and new use cases.
• Craft experiences: Develop features at the intersection of LLMs, vector databases, and AI-driven user workflows.

Must-Haves

• Serious about craftsmanship, with strong opinions on building quality software.
• Proficiency with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux, and MySQL.
• Comfortable owning and shipping features end-to-end.
• Excited to dive deep into AI/LLMs and data infrastructure.

Strong Plus

• Experience with data visualization or observability-oriented products.
• Prior growth-stage startup experience.
• Background at a top company or top university.
