The Role

As a Product Engineer, you’ll take ownership of major front-end initiatives and help shape the technical direction of our product. This is a key leadership role where you’ll balance hands-on coding with strategic input.

You'll collaborate across design, product, and backend teams to build smooth, scalable user experiences, define best practices, and influence key architectural decisions as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of critical front-end features and product improvements
• Partner closely with design and product to craft intuitive, high-performance UIs
• Define front-end architecture and ensure technical excellence
• Optimize performance, testing, and user experience
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture

You Might Be a Fit If You Have:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments
• A product-driven mindset—care about the full experience, not just the code
• Strong front-end skills, particularly with modern frameworks like React and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of browser performance, testing strategies, and UI responsiveness
• A collaborative approach to working with design and product stakeholders
• Comfort making fast, data-informed decisions and iterating quickly

Bonus Skills

• Experience with real-time or data-visualization-heavy UIs
• Open-source contributions or experience maintaining widely used libraries
• Passion for mentoring and growing engineering teams
