Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Imagine a world where websites autonomously improve their performance, optimizing themselves to drive conversions, boost sales, and increase revenue. As part of our team, you will help create a Generative-AI platform that automates tasks that previously required numerous engineers, designers, and data scientists. We are starting in the vast eCommerce sector, a market with tremendous potential, and we plan to expand from there.

What You’ll Do:

As a senior full-stack engineer, you’ll focus on designing, developing, and testing systems that are scalable and reliable, enabling the features and functionalities of our platform. You’ll have a great deal of autonomy and the chance to wear many hats. You’ll influence the future of the team, the product, and the company. The problem we’re solving is unprecedented, combining research with system development, and if successful, you'll help redefine how websites and digital products are created in the future.

You’ll also:

• Architect and build large-scale databases that explain the structure of websites and their components.
• Implement AI models to predict optimal improvements for existing websites.
• Design and train large language models (LLMs).
• Develop a large-scale platform that feeds data into AI models for smarter decision-making.
• Create a frontend (JS) experimentation framework that runs autonomously at scale.
• Establish processes to ensure scalable growth for our development team.

Who You Are:

• A skilled software engineer – you’re proficient in code and a well-rounded tech professional.
• At least 5 years of full-stack experience (though we’re flexible).
• Experience leading development teams or managing significant projects.
• A degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Python, JS, and AWS (not mandatory).
• Passionate about AI.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in startup environments.
• Experience in maintaining and training ML models in production.
