The role: Software Engineer (Remote, US)

For engineers who love simplifying complex systems, unifying fragmented data and building high-scale backends. Every integration is different: part engineering, part archaeology.

• Unification: bring dozens to hundreds of fragmented systems under one standard (data models, auth, account linking, filters, pagination)
• On-prem: connect to SQL-, DLL- and API-based systems built 20-40 years ago and add real-time communication and webhooks where none exist
• Scale and speed: millions of API requests a day, caching and storage layers, shipping code daily
• Operational excellence: a reliable, SLA-backed API layer with scalable testing across 1k+ endpoints
• Front end too: build apps that dog-food the API

What they're looking for

• 2-8 years as a back-end or full-stack engineer who can work independently
• Undergrad CS degree from a top program (no bootcamps)
• Recent Seed-Series B startup experience
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Self-motivated, high ownership, low ego; able to start soon

Compensation: $140K-$260K base + 0.05-0.25% equity + 15% annual bonus

Location: 100% Remote (US-based candidates only). Visa transfers supported (H1B, OPT, TN).
