The role: Fullstack Product Engineer

An early technical steward (employee #5-6) who knows how to ship. You'll build end-to-end workflows across the stack, from database schemas to UI components, own features from design through production, and set the patterns for a world-class engineering culture.

• Build and ship end-to-end workflows for clinicians and practice managers
• Own features from design through production and iterate without waiting for perfect specs
• Raise the bar on code quality and technical decision-making

What they're looking for

• 2+ years of professional software engineering
• Strong modern full-stack web development (React, Vue, TypeScript, Node.js); backend-leaning is fine
• Experience in a regulated industry or with sensitive data (health tech or fintech)
• Understands healthcare basics like insurance and provider workflows
• Thrives with real ownership and undefined problems on a small team

Tech: React, Vue, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, GCP

Compensation: $160K-$200K base (flex to $220K for stronger senior candidates) + 0.5-1.0% equity

Location: New York City, hybrid 3-4 days/week in office
