Role: Full-Stack Software Engineer

Type: Full-time | Remote (U.S. & Canada, excluding Quebec)

Compensation: $160K–$190K USD base + equity

What You’ll Do

• Build and launch new products and features from 0→1
• Own projects end-to-end—from ideation to deployment
• Collaborate closely with design and product to shape user experiences
• Help refine system architecture and internal tooling
• Contribute to hiring and shaping team culture

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience
• Strong in TypeScript, plus experience with React / Next.js and/or Node.js / MongoDB / AWS
• Comfortable working in a modern, full-stack environment
• History of building user-facing products at a startup or scale-up
• Clear communicator with strong product intuition and ownership mindset
